Free Vertical Training

When I first decided I wanted to learn how to jump higher I thought I would do my research but only after I had failed in my vertical jump training workouts. I came to a realization that I needed a Jump Program in order to get the results that I wanted. I already had a decent vertical leap but I wanted to go from good to great.

And so my journey began searching the internet for a jump program that would give me great results. I figured that since I had been a personal trainer in the past I would get great results from training my legs. But, I quickly realized that even though I might be an expert at gaining strength or developing a body to look good, I lacked the knowledge of how to add inches to my vertical leap and had never really done a proper basketball workout.

So why didn’t my strength training convert to increased jump height?

The answer is obvious to me now but it wasn’t before I actually thought about it and had some help from Jacob Hiller. Jumping is all about power and power is the result of strength (what I was training) and speed (what I was not training correctly).

Where did I get free vertical training tips?

I went to Jacobs Jump Manual. Click here to see the Jump Manual workout page.

The Jump Manual had everything that I was lacking and finally gave me results quicker than I was ever able to achieve on my own.

How much does the Jump Manual cost?

vertical jump trainingIt is usually $125.00 but get it here for $67.00.
