The Jump Manual was created by Jacob Hiller and is one of the big 3 jumping programs on the internet along with Air Alert and Vertical Project. This is a brief jump manual review to give you some insight on the program.

The Jump Manual Workout is different from other jump higher programs because it never calls for high repetitions like some of the other programs on the market today.

How much does The Jump Manual cost?

The price is $129.00 but you can get it for $67.00 by Clicking Here.

Will the Jump Manual work for me?

This program is designed in a way to produce results for the beginner and advanced jumper. When I started the program I already had a pretty good vertical leap of 32 inches. The first week of training I could only do half of the workouts because I was too sore on a couple of days and the program says not to workout when you are sore. But after that first week I had added one inch on my vertical. My workout partner who decided to do it with me is 5′10 and 225 pounds and also gained an inch on his vertical jump.

We both noticed that our little injuries didn’t hurt as much as they used to. I have a tweak in my knee and he had some tweaks in his knee and ankle. But the pain went down from training our legs properly with the Jump Manual.
